If your subscription expires or is cancelled, your QR codes will stop working and the advisor will no longer load for customers. Your account data and settings are retained for 30 days so you can easily reactivate.
Yes. In the admin panel, you can toggle which product categories are active in your store. Pro plan users can also upload a custom product catalogue so the AI only recommends products you actually carry.
No personal data is ever stored. Smart Stack Advisor operates on a stateless, temporary session model. When a session ends, all input data is discarded. The only data retained is anonymous aggregate analytics (session counts, category popularity).
